Modification Policy
This
policy is to ensure that TextForSale.com and the storefronts
created therein will reflect the design requirements
set forth by its creators. The policy is to be used
as a guideline to determine both acceptable and unacceptable
modifications a partner can or cannot make on a TextForSale.com
storefront.
Any
modification made on a storefront must not alter the
navigation or functionality of the TextForSale.com
service and must conform to all existing TextForSale.com
policies.
The
information in this policy applies specifically to
partners who have chosen either the Platinum or Gold
package. More specifically, the Partners who have
chosen the Gold package may only modify content on
the initial welcome page in the members' section.
TextForSale.com
reserves the right to reject any changes a partner
makes on their storefront if it is not in accordance
with this policy. This policy is subject to change
without notice. It is the responsibility of the partner
to ensure their storefront falls within the guidelines
of this policy.
Implementation
To
ensure the security of the TextForSale.com software,
partners will not be permitted to modify the actual
pages of their storefront. Partners will be provided
an ftp account where they can upload all pages they
would like to submit into their assigned temporary
directory.
Partners
can contact TextForSale.com via email requesting their
pages be updated after the new pages have been uploaded
to the ftp site.
Images
Images
provided by the partner must not contain any form
of animation and must conform to the color scheme
of the storefront. Although not recommended, the use
of small flash movies to enhance the storefront will
be permitted.
Content
Content
refers to any text data a partner wishes to add to
their storefront. All content must be in accordance
with the following guidelines:
1.
Content may only be modified in the body section
on the initial page of their storefront i.e. http://partnersstore.textforsale.com
and the initial page of the members' login section.
2.
Content must not contain vulgarity or portray any
message of hate or discrimination.
3. Content may only contain news and events relating
to the partners corporation.
